Todd was born on August 27, 1977, in Muscatine, son of Donald and Barbara Phelps Krueger. He married Kendra Payton in Muscatine on August 5, 2007. They are the proud parents of a beautiful boy, Cayden James.
Todd had a love for sports and music. He loved anything St. Louis Cardinals, Raiders and Heavy Metal music, although he did have a soft spot for Joe Jackson and the Beatles. He loved the outdoors, especially the Rocky Mountains.
Todd's greatest joy though, was his wife, Kendra and their son, Cayden. Cayden and Todd were best friends; they shared an inseparable bond.
Todd was a kind and loving soul, whose final act of unselfishness was through his gift of organ donation. Todd was able to save and help several suffering people so they can live on. His family is comforted by knowing people can live through his generous gifts.
Todd is survived by his wife of 10 years, Kendra, and his son, Cayden; his parents, Don and Barb Krueger of Mechanicsville; his mother-in-law, Connie Payton and father-in-law, Andy McKillip of Muscatine; siblings, Hope Nealson of New Mexico; Sarah (Scott) Stineman of Davenport; Kevyn Krueger of Muscatine, and Amy (Kyle) Hermiston of Davenport; his grandmother, Marilyn Phelps of Muscatine; nieces, Ashlynn, Zoe, Macie, Avery, Lylah, and Stella; nephews, Parker and Baylor; and uncles, aunts and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Wes Phelps, and grandparents, Irvin and Fern Krueger.

Barb and Don,. So sorry to hear of Todd's passing. May God hold all of you tight in His arms. Sending prayers and hugs.
I was very lucky to get to know Todd years ago. He was a good friend with a great sense of humor. I loved him like a son. My greatest memory with Todd was riding down to Missouri in my truck with him, Scott, Ray and myself to see Tom Ivester. It was a great weekend. I will miss Todd much.
You will be missed #oldschoolfriends
