GREGORY MANJOINE

MUSCATINE, Iowa – Gregory Manjoine, 59, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2024.

A private graveside service will take place in St. Mary’s Cemetery at a later date. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made directly to Port Louisa National Wildlife Refuge at 10728 Co Road X61, Wapello, Iowa, 52653. Online condolences may be made at www.wittichfuneralhome.com.

Gregory was born on September 24, 1964, in Iowa City, the son of Joseph M. and Mary Lou Lange Manjoine.

He enjoyed taking photos of wildlife, especially birds.

Gregory is survived by his parents, Joseph and Mary Lou Manjoine, of Florida; two brothers, Michael Manjoine and wife, Susan, and their children, Anna Manjoine and Chenza Armstrong and husband, Alex, and their children, Lorenzo, Cecilia, and Vincent, all of Muscatine, and Jeffrey Manjoine and wife, Sarah, and their children, Benjamin and Sadie, all of Muscatine.

He is preceded in death by an infant brother, Joseph Michael Manjoine; his grandparents, Joseph and Rosemary Manjoine and James and Lucille Lange; and uncles Ben Frost and Kenneth Lange.
