The first time I saw Grandma Flo was at the Salvation Army Church. We spoke to each other but it was awhile before we began to really talk to each other. She came to Mary and Steve's wedding and was beautiful. I learned that she was a prayer warrior and the matriarch of her family.
I gave her a Mother's Day card, along with the other ladies in the church, and that began our friendship.
Grandma Flo, my husband, Osmond and I became very close. He enjoyed teasing her and she always smiled and blushed. We two would see her and always gave and received hugs.
We enjoyed blessing her with things, and she enjoyed the surprises. She came to church faithfully in all seasons. Ladies Bible Study was always on her agenda.
We enjoyed sweet friendship and fellowship. We love her and will miss her very much.
I now have tried to picture Grandma Flo in Heaven, even more beautiful than she was. I see her enjoying the rewards that her Lord and Saviour Jesus had prepared for her obedience, faithfulness and stand. I wonder if she has met my Mother yet. We miss her.
Our deepest condolences to her family. We have been praying for you.
Niki and Osmond Malcolm
