Clarice Borg DAVENPORT, Iowa - Clarice Lucille 'Ma Borg' Gradin Borg, Davenport, died Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2003, at Genesis Medical Center - West Campus, Davenport, after complications of Cardiopulmonary disease. Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Risen Christ Lutheran Church, Davenport. Burial will be at Davenport Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation is 4-8 p.m. today at the Runge Mortuary, Davenport. Memorials may be made to the family. She believed strongly in family and passed that trait down to her kids. She loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her favorite pastimes were playing cards, reading, sewing and spending time with her family. Survivors include five children, Larry Borg and wife Sharla of Iowa City, Laurel Bradley and husband Harry and Leaetta Waack and husband Phil, all of Davenport, Linnet Wainwright and husband Don of West Liberty and Lori Lakey and husband Jim of Davenport; seven grandchildren, Shawn Bradley and wife Jennifer or Urbandale, Shane Bradley and wife Lori of Davenport, Joshua Wainwright and wife Andrea of Iowa City, Justin Wainwright and fiancce Stephanie of West Liberty, Fawn Waack and Cody Waack, both of Davenport, and Abigail Borg of Iowa City; three great-grandchildren, Austin Waack, Alexia Waack and Nolan Bradley; a sister, Doris Popejoy; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Ã'JackÃ" Borg in 1991; six brothers, Bob, Raymond, Gene, Stan, Kenny and Chester Gradin; and a sister, Alice Ellis.
