PAUL HEMPHILL
MUSCATINE, Iowa - Paul J. Hemphill, 48, passed away on Sunday, November 5, 2023, at his home.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm. until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 16, 2023, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.wittichfuneralhome.com.
Paul was born on April 18, 1975, in Iowa City, the son of Patricia Caffery.
He enjoyed fishing and eating. Paul participated in the Special Olympics. He loved celebrating every holiday and spending time with his family.
Paul is survived by his mother, Patricia; and two siblings, Tammy Sikes and her husband, Joe, and Mike Caffery.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother.

I knew Paul through special Olympics and he always a very nice and kind man who always treated you like a friend or a part of his family. My deepest condolences and prayers go out to his family and friends during this very beyond difficult time.
