ANDREW MICHAEL HARTSOCK

September 5, 1993 – September 9, 2025

Andy Hartsock was a devoted husband, loving father, son, brother, and loyal friend whose humor, kindness, and generosity left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him. Always quick with a joke, Andy had a gift for bringing laughter and light wherever he went. His free spirit was contagious, and his hardworking, dependable nature made him someone others could always count on.

He loved the outdoors and found joy in hunting, fishing, and spending time on the softball field or golf course. Yet, of all his passions, Andy’s greatest joy was being a father. Nothing made him happier than making his daughter, Talula, laugh with his playful spirit and silly antics. His love for his family was unwavering, and he always strived to give his very best to the people he cherished most.

Andy will be deeply missed every day by his wife, Kendra; his daughter, Talula; his dog, Murphy; his mother, Melinda (Mike) Fox; his father, Rich Hartsock; his brother, Ryan (Sharise) Hartsock; aunts and uncles, Tammy, Bob, Cara, and Gabe; mother-in-law, Shelley (Todd) Roberson; sister-in-law, Brianna (Heath) Snider; and many more beloved family members and friends. His legacy of love, laughter, and kindness will continue to shine in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know and love him.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 15, 2025, at Mulford Evangelical Church, 2400 Hershey Ave, Muscatine, IA 52761. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to the family, in care of Kendra. There will be a Celebration of Life to share memories at a later date.
