CAMERON MATTHEW LEWIS

MUSCATINE, Iowa – Cameron Matthew Lewis, 19, of Muscatine, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2026.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. on  Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at the Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. There will be a private service. Online condolence:www.wittichfuneralhome.com. Memorials may be made to the family.

Cameron was born on June 24, 2006, in Davenport, the son of Jason Lewis and Joy Stubrud.

Cameron, also known as Cam or Roni, will be remembered for his deep passion for cars, whether he was working on them or enjoying the thrill of driving by driving fast and doing burn outs. He loved Starbucks and salads so much that his family referred to him as a ‘salad loving freak’. He also found great joy in the outdoors through fishing and hunting. Above all, his kind and caring nature was most evident in his love for babies and the cherished time he spent with his nephews and the rest of his family. His wonderful sense of humor and hilarious personality truly touched everyone around him.

Those left to honor his memory include his mother, Joy Stubrud; his brother, Brandon Stubrud (Alexis); nephews, RJ, August, and Steven Stubrud; grandparents, Larry and Susan Stubrud, and Mike and Maggie Stone, and Rick Lewis; great grandparents, Augie and Joy Sievering and Lois Stubrud; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins; his beloved dog, Muzzy; and many friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jason Lewis.
