CHUCK WAGG
MUSCATINE, IA – Chuck Wagg, 63, passed away on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at home, surrounded by his family, after a 12-year courageous battle from multiple cancers.
Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2026, at Faith United Church of Christ. Pastor Paris White will officiate. A private family burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 24, 2026, at the church. Memorials may be made in Chuck’s honor to City of Hope.
Chuck was born on April 23, 1963, in Muscatine, the son of Charles and Ramona Blake Wagg. He married Jill White on September 9, 1988, in Muscatine.
Chuck worked at HON for almost 42 years. He loved his job and the people he worked with.
Known as the king of one-liners, he always had a joke ready when he got home. He truly loved his family and would do anything for them, especially his wife and beloved golden retrievers. He was also a devoted grandfather who cherished spending time with his grandchildren. He was a passionate NASCAR fan and loved building model cars. He never passed up a good Pepsi or a large bowl of ice cream.
Chuck is survived by his wife, Jill; children, Jacob (Jessica) Wagg, Ty (Morgan) Wagg, and Paige Wagg; five grandchildren, Landry, Kreed, Delilah, Ellie, and Lainey; and two sisters, Terri (Steve) Trost and Pam (Tim) Connor.
He is preceded in death by his parents and mother-in-law, Bonnie Thompson.
