DALE IRENE SCHLUETER

MUSCATINE, Iowa – Dale Irene Schlueter, 58, passed away on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at her home.

There will be no services. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be made at www.wittichfuneralhome.com.

Dale was born on June 26, 1965, in Burlington, IA, daughter of Beverly Sue (Steward) Higdon.

Dale enjoyed cooking, sewing, playing Bingo, and fishing with Ted. She enjoyed reading books and novels from Stephen King and Anne Rice. Her favorite color was purple, she was a lover of animals and had multiple pets in her life.

Dale is survived by significant other, Marion ‘Ted’ Marrison; one son, KC Schlueter of Burlington; best friend, Bonnie Eckmeier of Burlington; and many friends and relatives.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Beverly and stepfather, Eugene “Sonny” Higdon Jr.; aunt and uncle, Gloria and Paul Nes; cousin, Melody Nees; and other friends and relatives.
