MUSCATINE, Iowa – Deborah Rae Baker, 75, passed away on Monday, March 16, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family.

Deborah was born on February 8, 1951, in Peoria, Illinois, the daughter of Wesley and Goldie McQuary Brown. She married Marion Baker. He preceded her in death.
Deborah enjoyed going to the River Boat Casino, yard sales, and fishing. Her family was the most important thing to her.
Deborah is survived by her children, William Jordan, Mickey Prescott and wife, Andrea, Jamie Prescott and significant other, Joe, John Prescott and significant other, Jessica, and Robert Prescott; several loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Donna Baugh; and nieces and nephews.
Deborah is preceded in death by her parents; stepfather, Harold Vaughn; husband, Marion; brother, Donald; grandson, Wesley; and daughter-in-law, Melodi.
