MUSCATINE, Iowa – Jacob Merritt Harris, 81, passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Accura.

Jacob was born on May 24, 1944, in Muscatine, the son of George and Marjorie Harris.
Jacob enjoyed fishing and mushroom hunting. He loved spending time with his longtime partner, Joan.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his longtime partner, Joan Wetzel.
