JANICE MORGAN
MUSCATINE, Iowa – Janice Morgan (Salek), born June 20, 1950, passed away peacefully in Muscatine, Iowa on March 29, 2026. For most of her life, Janice made her home in Ft. Myers, Florida – a place she cherished deeply. The beaches, the sunshine, and the vibrant restaurant scene were all sources of joy for her. And she embraced the Florida lifestyle with her whole heart.
Recently, Janice returned to Iowa to be closer to her family, bringing with her a lifetime of stories, memories, and the warmth she was known for. Her love for Florida never faded, but being near the people she cared about most brought her comfort in her final chapter.
Janice is survived by her sisters, Judy Hagens, and Rosemary Montandon (Dennis); brothers, LaVerne J. Salek (Kim), Robert Salek (Cynthia), and David Salek.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Doris and LaVerne O. Salek.
