JOHN ‘ROB’ HEINDEL
MUSCATINE, Iowa – John ‘Rob’ Heindel, 71, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2024, at Crestview Specialty Care.

Rob was born on May 23, 1953, in Muscatine, the son of Paul and Marjorie M. Rockafellow Heindel.
Rob graduated from Columbus Community High School. He was a partner of Wapello Livestock Sales.
Rob enjoyed being on the farm and a nice cold Pepsi. Rob was an avid Cubs fan. He had great pride in his kids and grandkids.
Rob is survived by his children, Kelli Lukavsky (David), Kristen Payne (Jason), and Jay Heindel (Amanda); grandkids, Drew Lukavsky, Madelyn and Tenley Payne, and Jackson, Jase, and Jett Heindel; and siblings, Mary Beth Carson (Steven) and Timothy Heindel (Julie).
He is preceded in death by his parents.
