KATHLEEN SCHRIER
MUSCATINE, Iowa – Kathleen ‘Kathy’ Schrier, 70, passed away on Friday, February 23, 2024, at University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics.

Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 23, 2024, in Conesville Cemetery. A time of food and fellowship will take place at Sherry’s, after the service. The Ralph J. Kathy was born on January 4, 1954, in Iowa City, the daughter of Lloyd Arnold and Evelyn Gladys Solomon Schrier.

She loved soft things, animals, listening to music, and being outside in the fresh air on her swing.

Kathy’s family are very thankful for her caretakers at Systems Unlimited, especially Sabina, Sarah, and Jackie.

She will be deeply missed by her sisters, Sherry Leonard and Laurie Freeman; nieces and nephews, Angie Conklin, Shelly (Ed) Leaver, Shane (Sydney) Leach, Heather (John) McCrey, Jenny (Bill) Wade, Dusty Allison, Christopher Gatton; and Ryan (Kaylee) Freeman; great nieces and nephews, Greg (Dominique) Leach, James (Brooke) Williams, Crystal (Shane) Sterner, Taylor (Kendall) Buckingham, Alicia, Cael Leach, and Alexia Leach; and nine great great nieces and nephews.

Kathy is preceded by her parents; siblings, Greg Allison and Laura Curry; niece, Sarah Havens; and great nephew, Jesse Leaver.
