RAY R. TANDY

MUSCATINE, Iowa - Ray R. Tandy, 56, passed away on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at Lutheran Living.

Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Chaplain Michelle Pyskaty will officiate. Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Montpelier Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Ray's honor to his family. Online condolences may be made at www.wittichfuneralhome.com.

Ray was born on November 14, 1967, in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Paul C. and Inez Queen Tandy.

Ray was a 1986 graduate of Muscatine High School. He was a fork truck driver for HON.

Ray enjoyed playing horseshoes, fishing, attending rock concerts, and NASCAR. Mostly, he loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his nieces and nephews.

Ray is survived by his sisters, Paula Gillespie and husband, Reid, and Sarah Hill and husband, Jim; and several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Cheryl Pamperien; and brother, Mark.
