MUSCATINE, Iowa – Sandra Roth, 90, passed away on Friday, June 19, 2026, at Lutheran Living.

Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Faith United Church. Pastor Paris White will officiate. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith United Church or First Presbyterian Church. Online condolences may be made at www.wittichfuneralhome.com

Sandra was born on January 17, 1936, in Muscatine, the daughter of Raymond and Laura Schultz Toussaint. She married Bernard C. Roth on August 23, 1957. He preceded her in death on January 16, 2022.

She worked as a third-grade teacher in Wilton for many years.

Sandra was a volunteer at the library, Meals on Wheels, and the food pantry doing food deliveries. She was a member of the PEO Chapter JR, MCC Alumni Board, and was on the board for Crossroads. She was a Deacon and Elder of First Presbyterian Church and was an active member of Faith United Church of Christ. She was also a Sunday school teacher. She worked at the Window Box at Muscatine General Hospital and Salvation Army auxiliary.

Sandra enjoyed playing Bridge, reading, and going to shows at Circa 21. She looked forward to attending the Eagles and Ivories performances with her husband, Bernard. She was a very social person and had many friends. She loved her children, especially her grandson, Tyler.

Sandra is survived by her children, Randy Roth; Susan (Jerry) Willis, and Constance (Michael) Cunningham; grandson, Tyler Willis; thoughtful caring neighbors, Tom Hendricks and Ruth and Mike Neuman; niece, Laurie (Rick) Carpenter; several special nieces and nephews; and many close friends.

Sandra is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bernard; and sister, Joyce (John) Feldman.
