DAVENPORT, IA – Terry Benard Paxston, 66, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2026, at MercyOne Genesis.

Terry was born on June 7, 1960, the son of Dale and Dixie Southern Paxston. He married Rhonda Anderson on December 31, 1996, in Des Moines, Iowa.

Terry entered the U.S. Army right out of high school. He worked many years in customer service.

Terry enjoyed all types of trivia.

Terry is survived by his wife, Rhonda Anderson-Paxston; sister-in-law, Kim Wehmeyer-Draves (Steve Draves); nieces and nephews, Robert Wehmeyer, Chelsea (Matt) Kuster, and Marcus Draves; and great niece and nephew, Kylen Kuster and Kolby Kuster.

He is preceded in death by his parents and mother and father-in-law, Bob and Pat Anderson.
