TRI TRONG DINH

MUSCATINE, Iowa – Tri Trong Dinh, 76, of Muscatine, Iowa, died on Monday night, December 22, 2025, at Accura HealthCare Muscatine.

Graveside Service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, December 26, 2025, at Greenwood Cemetery. There will be no visitation. A private Buddhist ceremony will be performed by the Quan Am Temple from East Moline, Illinois. The Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Tri Dinh was born on May 13, 1949, in Hanoi, Vietnam, the son of Thuc Trong Dinh and Gai Thi Nguyen. Throughout his life, Tri remained a bachelor, never marrying and having no children. He relocated to the United States in 1975, and has been living in Muscatine for over 50 years.

Tri had a passion for welding, fishing, drawing, and tennis. He was distinguished by his warm and caring personality. His loss will be profoundly felt by his siblings.

He is survived by his sisters, Kimdung Dinh and her husband, Phong Nguyen, and Kim Marler; brother, Dzung Dinh; nephew, Bao Nguyen; niece, Athena Dinh; and several cousins.

His parents and brother, Hung, preceded him in death.
