BEATRIS BRAVO MORENO
MUSCATINE, Iowa - Beatris Bravo Moreno, 77, of Muscatine, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at St. Mathias Church. Burial will be in Greenwood. Memorials may be in her honor in care of her family. Ralph J. Beatris was born on June 6, 1945, in Mission, Texas, the daughter of Jose Isidoro and Maria Guadalupe Esquivel Bravo. She married Jesus Moreno on January 12, 1973, in Mission, Texas. He preceded her in death on December 29, 2006.

Beatris was a very happy person and loved to read her bible. She was a great cook and loved going out to eat. She loved being outdoors, especially with her family, watching the birds, gardening, picking flowers, grilling out, and drinking coffee.

She enjoyed taking care of her grandkids and great grandkids. She also loved to listen to Elvis' music. Most importantly, she loved her family which is what was more important to her.

She is survived by her five daughters, Sonia Castillo and husband, Victor, of Iowa, Veronica Moreno of El Paso, Texas, Lorena Rodriguez and husband, Omar, of San Antonio, Texas, Linda Moreno and husband, Santiago Guevara, and Maribel Moreno of Columbus Junction; 23 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one great granddaughter expected in April; sisters Maria Elizondo of West Liberty, Lupe Bravo of Mission, Texas, and Elida Bravo of Mission, Texas.

Beatris is preceded in death by her husband, Jesus; her parents; granddaughter, Yoseline Moreno; and her brothers and sister.
